| Arbeitsweise | The children can work through the material card by card. From manipulation to abstract calculations – from the known to the unknown. The children are familiar with the beads, but not with the stamps. The stamps are introduced in this material and compared to the beads. Addition and subtraction are done in the same way as with the beads - by grouping them together or taking them away. Laying the number cards, or writing down the numbers and calculations is the next step up. There is a template, which the children can fill in with their own calculations |
